(Office Based) Business Development Manager – Full Time – Permanent

Brief overview of the Position:

We are an international manufacturer of e-liquid, vaping products and CBD actively seeking desk-based Business Account Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven closer who is dynamic, forward-thinking and relishes a new challenge.

This role is critical to our success and so we are looking for an individual who is hungry to do well and has proven previous experience in a similar role.  Experience in handling B2B customer accounts is a must.  You must also have excellent communication skills and be able to pursue new sales prospects, negotiate and be to do relationship management.

It’s essential that you can demonstrate sales skills but most of all, personality and attitude are important in this role.  You must be driven to succeed and be prepared to be adaptable in the workplace.  Whilst having a passion for vaping and CBD would be a plus, we are happy to consider applicants who are new to the industry, if you have the passion to learn.

This role offers great earning potential and provides the chance to work in a fast-paced and exciting industry.  It also provides you with the opportunity to grow and develop in the role, as over time we see this position evolving.

This will begin as an office-based role but with the opportunity to travel once you are experienced

Contract Type: Full time

Salary: £25,000

 

Main duties and Responsibilities:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead-generation

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction

· Active Customer Relationship Management, delivering a high level of customer service and ensuring that all customer requirements are dealt with promptly

· Making targeted introduction outbound calls, to increase new business sales revenue/profit along with taking inbound calls from existing customers

· Actively seek out new opportunities via Upsell and Cross Sell

· Work towards the KPIs set for the role and the challenging monthly targets

· Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers

· Active Customer Relationship Management, delivering a high level of customer service and ensuring that all customer requirements are dealt with promptly

· Regularly send customer samples and follow up

· Know your customer by Fact Finding and researching their product portfolio

· Supporting trade shows and helping research

· Encourage and promote new marketing initiatives to reach customers

· Use your knowledge of our products to help customers make the right choice

· Record all sales activity, maintain records and follow up tasks

· Support with admin tasks when and where needed

· Expected to fulfil all relevant health and safety, product quality and product safety requirements, policies and procedures as may be relevant to the job role and to working for Xyfil in line with ISO22716

 

Essential Requirements:

· Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.  Outbound calling skills are essential

· Excellent sales skills with a proven track record of achieving KPIs

· Pro-active and a self-starter

· Professional and confident manner in dealing in person or on the phone with customers and prospects

· Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed

· Comfortable with standard CRM and quote systems

· Intermediate IT skills

· Results-orientated and happy to accept responsibility

· Excellent time management

· Strong communication skills – spoken, written and electronic

· Attention to detail is essential along with a very organised approach

Delivery Driver and Stock Assistant – Full Time

Brief overview of the Position:

We are a Preston-based manufacturer and producer of some of the most diverse ranges of products, so there’ll never be a boring day in the office! Our range of products vary from our award winning vape e-liquids, to CBD drops and cutting-edge hand sanitisers, with plenty more in the pipeline to come.

We are looking for a pro-active and organized individual who will be able to carry out tasks through to a successful conclusion. The successful candidate will be organized, efficient, able to work quickly, and accurately under pressure. The candidate must be determined, enthusiastic, and energetic with great attitude.

Contract Type: Full time

Salary: £11.44 – £13.00 Based on Experience

 

Main duties and Responsibilities:

· Loading and unloading goods and materials from the warehouse on to the vehicle

· Driving a Luton Tail Lift and transporting goods and materials to various locations in a safe and timely manner

· Ensuring that all goods and materials are properly secured during transport

· Inspecting the vehicle for mechanical issues and report any problems to Line Manager

· Operating a forklift at site and off site

· Supporting the inventory team as required

· Ensuring that all paperwork is completed in line with company guidelines

· Ensuring that all policies and procedures are adhered to

· Expected to fulfil all relevant health and safety, product quality and product safety requirements, policies and procedures as may be relevant to the job role and to working for Xyfil in line with ISO22716

 

Essential Requirements:

· At least one year’s experience in a similar role

· Full valid UK Driving Licence

· A valid counterbalance FLT Licence required

· Effective communication skills

IT Executive – Full Time

Brief overview of the Position:

We are an e-liquid manufacturer based in Preston, Lancashire, looking for an IT Executive to join its rapidly growing team. You will be responsible for managing our in-house built systems, including evaluating current systems, designing new solutions according to stakeholders’ needs, collaborating with business people and a team of developers, testing and launching new systems and/or software features. We are looking for a dynamic, fast learner with creative thinking and strong problem-solving skills. The essential training to fulfil the role responsibilities will be provided.

This is an office based role so you must be based locally.

 

Contract Type: Full time, office based role

Salary: £11.44 – £13.00 per hour

 

Main duties and Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to envision, model, and design the software solution

· Gather functional and non-functional requirements, develop product specifications

· Create a customized solution for client requirements and detail them in layman terms (for the customer) and technical terms (for developers)

· Create representations for the user interface of the desired product (wireframes)

· Communicate concepts and guidelines to the development team, address possible risks and constraints

· Oversee the progress of the development team to ensure consistency with the initial design

· Create test case scenarios based on requirements and domain knowledge

· Test solutions delivered by developers

· Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, etc.

· Update project managers and chief architects on the progress of a solution

· Approve final product before launch

· Create software documentation, user guides & provide user training

· Manage and monitor existing systems and infrastructure, identify potential bottlenecks, suggest possible solutions, and work with developers to implement fixes

· Review existing systems to determine how they can be improved or updated

· Diagnose the issue and resolve it on demand

· Identify security risks and advise on how to mitigate them

· Manage and add new products to the in-house built systems

· Create reports on demand
