International Business Coordinator – Urgent – Immediate Start

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and driven professional to manage and nurture our international accounts. This cross-functional role requires strong coordination across sales, logistics, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery to our global partners. The ideal candidate will take ownership of each market’s end-to-end account management, drive sales initiatives, support local marketing needs, and ensure compliance with country-specific requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned international accounts and distributors.
- Manage all stages of the order lifecycle, from order placement to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery in collaboration with logistics and operations teams.
- Ensure timely invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments in coordination with the accounts team.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent communication, support, and strategic consultation.
Sales & Business Development
- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities within existing accounts.
- Monitor performance trends and KPIs for each market, and develop targeted plans to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Provide product education and promotional support to distributors to help drive sell-through.
Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to localise campaigns and provide distributors with appropriate marketing assets, training, and content.
- Coordinate new product launches, promotional calendars, and market-specific activations.
Market Coordination
- Oversee all country-specific compliance, documentation, and regulatory requirements in coordination with legal and regulatory teams.
- Act as a liaison between international partners and internal departments such as product, accounts, regulatory, and logistics to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of account activities, order status, and customer interactions.
- Use Excel or other tools to organize, analyse, and extract insights from sales and operational data to support decision-making.
- Prepare periodic performance reports, market analysis, and action plans for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
- B2B sales coordination, or export operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and filters, along with the ability to interpret and extract insights from datasets.
- Strong command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with international partners and internal teams.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented with confidence navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualities
- Prior experience in the FMCG, vape, or consumer electronics industry.
- Familiarity with shipping terms (Incoterms), export documentation, and logistics processes.
- Experience using CRM and ERP platforms is a plus.
