Are you based in the UK?
Yes, our Head offices and production site are based in Preston, UK. Though since 2014, we have expanded our operations. Today, we have manufacturing facilities in Dubai, UAE and our distribution network extends across more than 20 countries in Europe, North America and the Middle East.

What facilities do you have?
Xyfil operates from a 40,000m2 production facility in Preston where we house dedicated teams in R&D, compliance, design and production. Our developments include a state-of-the-art laboratory and ISO 7 clean room manufacturing space that can produce up to 2.5 million products every month.
E-liquid safety is a controversial issue, how does Xyfil manage product quality and safety?
E-Liquid analysis is essential for assuring E-liquid quality and safety. Xyfil provide a range of analytical services to ensure that all E-liquid products and brands are compliant with high safety and quality standards. At Xyfil, we have a purpose-built analytical laboratory where our analytical chemists can conduct thorough analytical testing for your products. After thorough testing, we also abide by all regulatory compliance standards in whichever market we operate.
Do you offer product traceability?
Yes, Xyfil offers you complete traceability from source to end product. Due diligence assessments are carried out throughout the process. We conduct employee traceability reports, sample collections on raw materials and final products, and full tracking of product development lifecycles so you can keep track of everything.
Is your CBD sustainably sourced?
Our premium CBD is 100% organic and sustainably sourced from Colorado, USA farms. We take our ecological responsibility seriously here at Xyfil and we are proud to offer an environmentally friendly CBD package that reduces carbon emissions and secures the future of CBD production.
I already have a product but I need new designs and branding, can you help?
Yes, you can work alongside our experienced graphic designers to help bring your brand to life. Our creative studio can develop your logo, packaging, artwork, POS and marketing materials to effectively capture and communicate your brand vision.
Does Xyfil manufacture hand sanitiser?
At the start of the pandemic Xyfil entered the hand sanitiser market, producing up to 50,000 bottles a day for commercial and personal use, as well as for local NHS donations. We maintain a steady supply of hand sanitiser products and business solutions.
How can you help with distribution?
From our facility you have the option of on-site warehouse storage and we offer logistical support across the UK and beyond. Xyfil can manage your supply chain through drop-shipping to local retailers and customers.
