Authenticity

Pod Salt products manufactured by Xyfil will have an authenticity sticker with verification code somewhere on the bottle or packaging.

The authenticity code is a single-use code. If it returns from our system as having been already authenticated, then it is likely your product is counterfeit. Verification codes are single-use and should not have been verified prior to being sold to you.

If you have a product which does not have a verification code or the code is showing as incorrect through our checker, then you should return it to the seller you bought it from, for a refund.

With the vaping industry going through growth, fake and illicit products have been on the rise.

Counterfeit products have become much harder to spot with increasingly believable fakes, and such, adding verification codes help to prevent potentially using an unsafe product.

Many of these fake products can be harmful as they are often produced in environments that are not safe.

Products should be manufactured in clean, ISO approved rooms to avoid any potential contamination of hazardous material from entering the product. They can also contain ingredients of lower quality that could be potentially harmful.
